Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch we sell is inspected and verified for authenticity before it is listed. Each listing shows the brand, reference number, condition and what is included, such as the original box or papers.
Do you ship to the USA, and how fast?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured and tracked on every order, to the United States and the other countries we serve. Most orders arrive in about 4 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your watch ships.
What is your return policy?
You can return a watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unworn, in the condition you received it, and returned with all original packaging and documents. Email must.co.vintage@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Full details are in our refund policy.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a 12-month Watchlunex warranty covering the movement against mechanical faults. It does not cover water damage, the crystal, strap or bracelet, batteries, accidental damage, misuse or normal wear. See our warranty page for full details.
Do the watches come with box and papers?
It depends on the watch, and we always tell you exactly what is included. Many of our watches come with the original box, papers or service records. This is listed in each product description.
